Transparent Change is a not-for-profit that provides trans and LGBTQ+ inclusion training to healthcare professionals, with a particular focus on fertility and perinatal care.

All too often, we as trans people have to educate our healthcare professionals but Transparent Change exists to give accessible and approachable training to the professionals who can then in turn support us.

Founded by a nonbinary trans man after his experience of navigating pregnancy and perinatal care, Transparent Change has dedicated, expert training to help healthcare professionals to understand trans (including nonbinary) physiology and experiences.
