Our organisation operates within 3 core mission areas:

1. STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES:

• Strengthen charities and SMEs by providing tailored support to enhance services and establish robust governance structures. For example,
  • Deliver consultancy and leadership training to improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Offering specialised training to promote inclusivity and understanding when working with marginalised groups, mainly focussing on the LGBT+ communities.

2. SUPPORTING LGBT+ AND OTHER DISADVANTAGED GROUPS:

• Implementing targeted projects for the LGBT+ community, notably our national LGBT+ Dementia Rainbow Cafe; LGBT + Rainbow Friends, a befriending service for over 50s and LGBT+ United Hearts, a national support network for survivors of domestic abuse and those involved in dual allegations.
• Conducting research, including a 2023 LGBT+ domestic abuse scoping exercise across ten boroughs.
• Empowering individuals, families, and communities, including older adults and racialised groups, to reduce carbon emissions.

3. CARBON REDUCTION

• Engaging community members in raising environmental concerns and ideas through platforms like video. E.g. 2023, with www.risemutual.org environment video project with 12 -15 young people who had been violent or abusive to their parents.
• We support youth initiatives, such as partnerships with charities like Slade Community Play Association CIO in Brixton, to empower young people to contribute positively to their community.
