Sparkle is a grassroots, registered UK charity, whose reach extends to trans, non-binary and gender variant people, and their friends, families and allies. Sparkle is run by a team of dedicated and passionate volunteers, with no paid staff. Over 80% of our core team identify as trans, non-binary or gender variant.

Our mission is three-fold: leading the way with trans inclusion; promoting a positive public image, awareness, and acceptance of the trans community; developing understanding and cohesion in society, and to challenge the stigma associated with being trans.
