Out and Proud Parents Day is an online, free to access community event celebrating proud, accepting parents of LGBTQI+ children (of any age).

The Naz and Matt Foundation invite parents from around the world to take part and encourage all LGBTQ+ organisations and NGOs who support parents to take part also.

Parents are asked to share videos of themselves, photos or messages affirming their love and acceptance towards their LGBTQI+ child on social media and using the hashtag #OutAndProudParentsDay in each post. This is with the hope that all the messages together help create a huge wave of positive love and LGBTQI+ acceptance.

The objective of the day is to create parental role models within communities, to help inspire other parents of LGBTQI+ children to become more accepting of their own children.
